We aim to assist you through our expertise in the identification of your needs, putting in place services of study, analysis and planning for the realisation of dedicated solutions, their impact on your enterprise processes, in terms of financial and collateral benefits (eg. return of image, customer satisfaction, employees productivity).
Project Management
A successful IT project is not just the result of the quality of the software it is composed by, but also an added value to the whole set of process of the company. To achieve this goal, we provide management services, assessing, preparing, managing and controlling all the phases of projects, optimizing resources (human and material), reacting to exceptions and keeping under control the final value of projects, applying the most valuable methodologies (PRINCE2, ITIL, SCRUM).
Software Development
Our expertise in this area and the experiences in following several mission-critical projects for international clients, respecting high demands of quality, will result as an important added value to your needs. Within the process of development we apply several methodologies (eg. Kanban, PRINCE2, SCRUM) to assure the quality of the software solution produced and the successful integration with third-party solutions already in place.
